  1. The National Library of Wales has quite a lot of online family history content. Select Family History - Search Archival Databases for online indexes to marriage licences 1616-1837, court records 1730-1830, pre-1858 wills and more. Select Digital Mirror for digitised content including maps.

  2. The National Library of Wales has digitised the wills of over 190,000 people. These wills are searchable on their website and free to view. They date from the 14th century through to 1858.

  3. Information on how to order copies of wills for England and Wales. The National Probate Calendar 1861-1941 can be searched on Ancestry and is available at the State Library and in many public libraries.
